Amad Diallo is a favourite under new Man Utd manager Ruben Amorim, ignoring top rated full internationals such as Marcus Rashford and Antony.
Amorim has also decided to make Alejandro Garnacho more of a sub to use when needed and not interested in exploring the talent of the Argentinian internatinal in full.
When you are building a Premier League winning team, you need certain qualities in the squad, Rashford has been influential in Man Utd teams finishing 3rd under ten Haag, 2nd under Mourinho and Solskjaer, so to be totally ignored, overlooked and loaned out to Aston Villa, shows little or no understanding of what he might bring to the table over a period of time.
A trap for a new manager could be to look at what you see here and now and not take into consideration how the team is doing over all with certain players in the line-up, as they tend to blend, but not really put in performances that would see the team end up with 3 pointers in the end.

Fantastic to see the hat-trick scored by Amad Diallo, as no one questions his abilities in solo, but in a total perspective, he will not be an individual, at least not yet, having the influence on a team that will be a top four contender in Premier League.
Over time developing players, you will get your answers as the team delivers wins, draws and defeats. Do not see Amad Diallo as an organizer, a leader or one to call on when you are in heavy problems, that would be very unfair.
So far Amad Diallo has made 22 appearances this season in Premier League. 12 defeats, 4 draws and 6 wins. This shows that having Diallo on the field is nothing special, not yet. That is said based on his score tally. He is at the moment a player in a team of heavy struggle.
Often you can be fooled by young talents, rating them too highly, as their solo performances looks good but in a full picture might hold back the answers of stability and team progress.
