Arsenal’s Transfer Talks: Araujo Among Top Targets, Coventry City Plans £200M Investment Post-Promotion

According to Sports Mole, Arsenal have opened talks with Sporting’s Maxi Araujo, 26, but face competition from Manchester City and Manchester United.

The Express believe, Manchester United could let up to 13 players leave Old Trafford this summer as INEOS plan a big overhaul of the squad. Casimiro, Marcus Rashford, Jayden Sancho and Rasmus Hojlund looks to be among them. Up to 13 players could be on the way out.

Man Utd have, according to Talksport, put Atalanta and Brazil midfielder Ederson, 26, to their list of targets.

Transfer Feed with an update on Netherlands midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, saying he is attracting interest from Premier League and across Europe after a difficult first season at Manchester City. A difficult situation so we believe he could move on loan having signed him for £46million last summer.

Potential New Signings could be Bernardo Silva (Manchester City): This is according to Yahoo Sports. Chelsea is exploring a shock move for the Portuguese playmaker, who has announced he will leave City this summer.

Remembering the First MLS Season: Key Players and Teams

It had been 12 years since the NASL went out of business. We all had great memories of the circus, featuring stars of all ages and nationalities.

1996 was the first MLS season. We all hoped for the same circus to return. The changes were also welcomed. This league was associated with FIFA. That was not the case of the NASL, having other rules regarding offside. They also had special shoot outs, not accpeting games to end in draws.

One attraction in the MLS in that first year was actor Andrew Shue. Los Angeles Galaxy signed him. He had previous life in soccer, but most of us knew him from the popular TV show, Melrose Place.
