No surprise to see Jude Bellingham in the England squad for the World Cup in Qatar. The Borussia Dortmund midfielder is a certainty for Gareth Southgate as his form and progress is fatanstic.

Joining Borussia Dortmund from Birmingham City in 2020, for a fee of £25million, made him the most expensive 17 year old in the World, and he is at 19 a well established player in the England set up, with a total of 17 caps at this date.

Borussia Dortmund will continue to approach younger players and Bellingham could follow Haaland as the next major sale at the club. He is a full blooded midfielder with a massive presence, but still a number of dimetions to develope as his next step is monitored with great care.

Bellingham can add new interest after the World Cup, but most regard Man City as the obvious place to move.

England will open their World Cup campaign with a gmae vs. Iran on the 21st of November. Wales and USA are the other two hurdles to pass as Bellingham most certainly will be involved.

Jude Bellingham is a player to watch and one that could be among the top names in this World Cup as his big breakthrough will soon come. Borussia Dortmund are currently 6th in Bundesliga, 9 points behind leaders Bayern Munich.
