Lionel Messi made a strange move in the summer joining PSG after his relationship with Barcelona has been a bit of troubled one over the last few years and with the current collaps at Barca a move out looked possible for the Argentinian.
Messi enjoyed his summer winning Copa America with his nation and showed great form with a possible return to Barcelona as an option, but instead the move to PSG happened.
To see him join PSG instead of a reunion with Pep Guardiola at Man City was not really a surprse with a possible Champions League trohpy to hunt for and also a softer league siuation would see him probably had an easier season than being in Premier League and of course would have been in the elegant situation of playing Cristiano Ronaldo in the opposite camp of Manchester.
Messi made his debut for PSG v. Reims, coming on in the 66th minute as a sub for Neymar. PSG were 2-0 up when Messi entered the field and it all ended with the same result.

So far PSG are doing well, but yet to see Messi at his best, with him in the team surely the club will be stronger and his presence will of course see the club in a massive battle for a long list of trophies.
So far little to report, and also missing the last winning fixture v. Metz makes it 44 days of questions still to be answerred as the little magician still probably wonders why.
PSG and their manager Mauricio Pochettino do have a job to do as he is seeking that CL trophy and winning it will be the ultimate bite of pleasure, with Messi around, Neymar and Mbappe in there as well, they have done every possible action to get their hands on the most important trophy in club football.
