Transfers so far, 8th July 23, Premier League and Championship clubs update with all the moves of first team players

The transfer window opened on the 1st of July and allready just eight days into it, we have seen a number of players on the move.

In our update you will also find players released as they all became official on the same date, seeing most contracts ending on the 30th of June.

Still a long way to go, but there are of course a number of major moves allready taken place. Arsenal have seen Granit Xhaka leave and join Bayer Leverkusen, with Kai Havertz coming in from Chelsea.

Mason Mount has joined Man Utd as their first major move this summer. David De Gea and Axel Tuanzebe are two players who have been released and will be leaving Old Trafford.

Crystal Palace has made an interesting signing in Jefferson Lerma, coming on a free from Bournemouth. Saying goodbye to long servant Luka Milivojevic, goalkeeper Jack Butland and midfielder James McArthur.

LIVERPOOL

Liverpool have their man in World Cup winner Alexis MacAllister arriving from Brighton, but also waved goodbye to Alex Oxlaide-Chamberlain, Roberto Firmino, Naby Keita and James Milner, with Keita moving to Werder Bremen and Milner signing on for Brighton.

Aston Villa can report on an interesting addition in Youri Tielemans signed on a free transfer from Leicester. The foxes have also parted company with James Maddison who has joined Spurs..

Still early days at Nottingham Forest, but they have managed to trim their squad. Quality names such as Jesse Lingard, Jack Colback and Andrew Ayew are gone. Chris Wood has put pen to paper and the first and only signing so far at City Ground.

Nathan Collins is a major money signing for Brentford, paying £23million for his services as he leaves Wolves after just one season, signed from Burnley.

Burnley has not made much sensation when in their return to Premier League giving Ashley Barnes a release and seeing him sign for Norwich, who has parted company with Teemu Pukki who has agreed to join Minnesota United in the MLS.

Leicester do still have a lot of work to do before they kick of the season at home to Coventry, so far seeing Harry Winks and Conor Coady taking the step down to be part of the battle to get back up.

Sandro Tonali has joined Newcastle from AC Milan. Interesting to see how the Italian international will do at St. James Park, being a signal signing for The Magpies.

Coventry are preparing for a new push for promotion, briging in Ellis Sims from Everton. They have also picked up Jay Dasilva from Bristol City. Man City forward Liam Delap has joined Hull on loan.

Leeds has been busy bringing in a new manager in Daniel Farke, and so far just seen departures from their squad, with first team regulars, Robin Koch (Frankfurt) and Hugo Llorente (Roma) moving out on loan.

Jobe Bellingham, the brother of Jade, is an interesting player, and has made his switch from Birmingham to Sunderland.
