Management going around, Ancelotti to Real Madrid and the circle of giants!

We are talking about the top six or the super league if you like, but you certainly have the group of managers also in that circle of giants. When Zinedine Zidane stepped down, it was those names that circles and most of them have previously been in charge of Real Madrid.

Carlo Ancelotti became the chosen one this time, and what a job he is taking and how will he manage this time, the length of time can almost be counted in minutes as the boss is often blamed for either unattractive play or just lack of trophies.

Not winning the league or just missing out of that Champions League final ticket and of course not winning it in the end is seen as a failure and yes it should because expectations are that you shall deliver those trophies to the cabinet every season.

Antonio Conte decided to leave Inter and he has a habit of leaving his clubs after winning trophies as he did at Juventus, Chelsea and now last at Inter. If he decides to move to Tottenham and being named as one of the hotter candidates, it would be a good move for especially Daniel Levy.

When you go for one of these top guys you are in no risk at all, only to probably miss out, but those guys knows how to handle the “big scene”. Allegri will be back at Juventus next season, bringing balance to a club that made an untraditional approach and went for a former legendary player, which in a way has been a bit of a solution lately seeing Frank Lampard getting that chance at Chelsea and indeed OGS at Manchester United.

Pep Guardiola will be with Man City for the time being, seen as a possible Spain or Brazil coach in the future, but still he has hunger and desire to win more trophies at The Etihad, especially after losing to Chelsea, who earlier in the year appointed Thomas Tuchel after he was sacked at Paris, and they went for Mauricio Pochettino. It’s a grand circle and one that could be in the steps to that grand circle of managers are Ronald Koeman surviving his first season at Barcelona.

Everton do deliver the goods, and could surprisingly appoint Steven Gerrard, if the former Liverpool legend is interested, would be a great scoop, but a bit too early for Wayne Rooney, currently in charge at Derby County, helping The Rams to survival.

You have of course Marcelo Bielsa of the older guard and Maurizio Sarri is a name that comes up, and currently not in coaching, strangely, but could soon be back in a job with Lazio searching for a new manager after losing their current boss, Simone Inzaghi.

We just have to wait and see how the management circles will end up before the season starts but interesting to watch and could it be possible to see Roy Hodgson taking on the vacant position at West Bromwich Albion, everything looks possible, but it could as it looks now be Chris Wilder who will walk in and take over the reins at The Hawthorns.
