Sergio Aguero, Paul Pogba and Raphael Varane, Barcelona, Juventus, Man Utd

Sergio Aguero is close to his dream move to Barca, not a surprise, but still a transfer that will give a lot of new boost and could for a season or two be enough to bring back the La Liga to Camp Nou. Aguero, 33 on the 2nd of June, joined Man City from Atletico Madrid in 2011 and has since scored 184 goals in 275 league games.

Paul Pogba is said to be on the radar of Juventus, with a possible return to the Italian giants at the moment looking for new recruits to win back the Serie A trophy. Pogba has not really been at his best or suited for Premier League action and performing steady at a level needed to win trophies.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be given a chance to build his team into a winning machine, but still a few inches away from the big trophies as the Premier League and Europa League did see them as runners-up and clearly not far from bringing silverware back to Old Trafford. Raphael Varane of Real Madrid is said to be on the top of a long list of OGS targets.

Thomas Tuchel would be happy to sign a new and extended deal with Chelsea. His current contract is based on a rolling one year deal, something the two parties might not look at as ideal with the German seeking a possible chance to be based at Stamford Bridge for his long term future.

Jurgen Klopp will try to off load as many as eight players from his current first team squad. Xherdan Shaqiri, Divock Origi and Takumi Minamino are amongst the players that could see their future at Anfield axed. Liverpool are a bit flat in certain areas of the field and would probably be trying to balance things a bit further. Naby Keita has also been linked with a move away with FC Cup winners Leicester said to be monitoring his situation.

West Ham defender Fabian Balbuena can leave the club when his contract expires in June. The Paraguayan international joined The Hammers from Brazilian club Corinthians back in 2018 and has since played 54 league games while at The London Stadium.

Burnley and England U.21 international Dwight McNeill is a target for Aston Villa. Jack Grealish is on the wish list of Pep Guardiola and if he is lucky in his chase for the England international it might be a good idea to try to get McNeill in as a clear replacement.

Brighton manager Graham Potter is eager to make moves that can safely keep The Seagulls in the top flight for the next seasons to come. Ajax youngster Kjell Scherpen and one of the tallest goalkeepers around, 2.04m, is a target. The 20 year old former Dutch U.19 international could be available for a fee of £4million.

Serie A winner Ashley Young looks close to a return to Watford as the 35 year old is clearly interested in a return to his former club. The England international has since leaving Vicarage Road been with Aston Villa and Manchester United for many seasons.

Sean Dyche is said to be the top man for the vacant position at Selhurst Park. Crystal Palace parted company with Roy Hodgson after the season end, and are now looking for a steady replacement that can keep the ship steady in the top flight.
