When power change, OGS on his way to unique immunity at Manchester United, this season could be the key!

Manchester United are flying high, improvement all the way. Everything looks fantastic, the club is back were they believe they belong. Despite an on field improvement fans are furious and with Chief Executive Ed Woodward on his way out, and owners seen as “dirty”, a trophy is what is needed to give Ole Gunnar Solskjaer immunity.

OGS has shown in the past that he is a man that belongs in the top of football, being on the winners side against all the other great men and even beaten Pep Guardiola shows that respect is rising and that fans will find peace and faith in their former player hero.

The fact that Manchester United still can win a title, and also looks certain to take a place in Champions League next season makes it difficult not to see OGS as the man in charge for a long time to be. Few can match his background as a Manchester United man, and at the same time being well respected by his players, and also showing his skills to grow talent.

OGS has attracted some of the finest talent of the game since re-arriving at Old Trafford, and most of his signings have been successes. Harry Maguire is their captain signed from Leicester, a certainty also in the England setup.

The way OGS has managed to get Luke Shaw back and above his previous level might be seen as a key in the development of players. Scott McTominay has grown into a mature player under the wings of OGS and it will be fantastic to watch him in the Euro’s with Scotland as this nation again is back in the finals of a tournament.

Few believe that the current owners will sell out, but with OGS as their man in charge, The Glaziers might be able to keep on going and in that picture their former player hero and the current staff at the club is the machine to keep on oiling as they could be on track back to the trophy table.

There are still a few pieces to fill in the jigsaw as a top forward signing should be first priority this summer and vital to become a real title challenger of both Premier League and Champions League.
