The goal per game king, that hammered in 453 goals in 398 league appearances for Bayern Munich. Winning three European Cup’s and also a number of Bundesliga titles, Müller goes down as one of the real great goalscorers of all time. 10 of his 68 goals in 62 internationals came as top scorer at that 1970’s World Cup in Mexico, four years later winning the World Cup with West Germany on home soil, scoring in the final v. Holland. After his years with Bayern he moved to the NASL and played three seasons with Fort Lauderdale Strikers before retirement and being a coach at Bayern Munchen until his retirement.
