Bio:

Jimmy Cumbes was a goalkeeper in English football during the 60’s and 70’s and also played professional in the NASL for Portland Timbers. One special talent and athlete that combined top level cricket and football during his career.

He progressed from the non-league schene and in to EFL action in the early 60’s as he first joined Tranmere Rovers and later moved to West Bromwich, and as he said himself, made it to the top.

Focus On; Colin Bell

Bio:

Signed from Bury in 1966 at the age of 20 for a fee of £45.000, substantial at the time and seen as one very special signing for Man City in a historical perspective.

Bell established himself quickly in the first team and played 11 games and scored 4 goals in his first season as Man City got promoted and playing in the top tier from 1966 and unwards.
