Football management is a strange business and nothing else for Ralf Rangnick who was seen as a Man Utd misfit and moved on to get the job as Austria national coach. Ralf Rangnick had a proper background of football when taking over Man Utd, being head coach of several Bundesliga clubs such as Schalke, Hoffenheim and RB Leipzig. To talk in sentences about him not having the best grip on this type of job says more about those talks than of the man himself.
