Transfer Talk, Chilwell to Chelsea, Bale return to Spurs and Manchester United eyeing Rakitic

Manchester United are in desperate search to find the players needed to play a part in English football again. The latest player to be linked with a move to Old Trafford is Ivan Rakitic who looks finished at Camp Nou.

Chelsea could be lucky in their chace for Ben Chilwell as Leicester City could be keen to let the left back leave for a fee of £50million. Brendan Rodgers have Christian Fuchs as a cover and he is probably the best left back in the Premier League not playing at the moment.

James Maddison will probably not be a target for Manchester United next summer as the battle with Real Madrid regarding Christian Eriksen will heat up in January, with Spurs eager to get as much as possible for the Danish international. Eriksen could be held back if Manchester United will be eager to pay as much as £50million for his services.

Paul Pogba will be out with injury for at least another week or maybe two, his future at Manchester United will be sorted out in the near future as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is eager to get a clear idea of what Pogba is interested in, looking a bit unsettled with the fans of the club. Real Madrid could be coming in and offer Gareth Bale as part of the package.

Juventus will most certainly offload Mario Mandzukic in January. Manchester United are seen to be a front runner, but clubs such as Lyon, PSG and Atletico Madrid could be in the chase with Roma, Fiorentina and Sampdoria also in the race.

Claudio Ranieri will take over Sampdoria in the next couple of days, still in demand after short periods in charge of Nantes, Fulham and Roma. The heroic act at Leicester City looks as a happening that will be seen as a job magnet for the former Chelsea boss.

Harry Kane and Eric Dier are both players that could leave Tottenham Hotspur in the summer, with the duo worried about their futures. Harry Kane (26) has been close to club trophies but not yet won anything as a player, with Eric Dier (25) not really seeing the progress of his liking. Both players could consider moving on, with Dier a Aston Villa and Leicester City possible target and as we all know Juventus, Real Madrid and Manchester United could all be opening their wallet to sign Kane.

Steven Gerrard has seen his Rangers fly to the top of the Scottish league, and that is a result recognized by major clubs in Europe. Besiktas is currently eager to get Gerrard to Turkey, but looks as the former Liverpool and LA Galaxy star will wait for a bigger catch.

Phil Parkinson is a target for the manager post at Sunderland, Mark Robins of Coventry City is ruled out after signing a new deal with the Sky Blues, and not given permission to go north for talks.

Manchester United could again sign Norwegian players, with Rostov’s Mathias Normann and Salzburg’s Erling Braut Haaland both seeing great progress and earlier been under the wings of OGS at Molde.

Manchester United will make a number of new signings in the next two windows, being six players short of again chasing the big trophies, but still they are in all competitions this season after a relatively good start in the Europa league and defeating Rochdale on penalties in their first hurdle of the Carabao Cup.

Emre Can is not happy with the game time he gets at Juventus. Three appearances so far and just 78 minutes played makes it frustrating at the moment. The former Liverpool midfielder could be a fine player to add at many Premier League and Serie A clubs, and considering a return to Bundesliga would probably alert many.

Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers could use the money from a possible Ben Chilwell sale to go for Lyon forward Moussa Dembele, a player he sold to the French club from Celtic.

Transfer Talk; Manchester United in transition, Tottenham Hotspur changes and Rochdale player in demand

Paul Pogba will try to seek a possible route out of Manchester United as soon as the January transfer window opens. His relationship with the club looks broken, but it is a combinations of fall out’s, with the most serious one being the fans who looks to have lost faith in the French midfielder. A move to Real Madrid looks the most likely and it could again put fuel to a reported move for Gareth Bale the opposite way.

There also at the moment ongoing talks about him renewing his contract at Manchester United, so we just have to wait and see how this saga ends.

Huddersfield Town, struggling heavily at the bottom of the Championship table is eager to make new additions to their squad with former Leicester City defender Danny Simpson being a close target, with the free agent joining on a deal out the season.

Newcastle are favorites to win the signature of the 16 year old Rochdale defender Luke Matheson. The talented youngster scored the equalizer in the Carabao Cup against Manchester United, they are also said to be looking on.

Jurgen Klopp could if he wins the Premier League with Liverpool be looking for a new challenge somewhere else, but hopefully he will stay for a long period of time, but a cryptic message about Steven Gerrard becoming his successor, might be a signal that a move to warmer climate can be in line.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer are under pressure at the moment, with a bad away defeat versus West Ham and an almost catastrophic performance v. Rochdale in the Carabao Cup as his latest results. Mauricio Pochettino and Massimiliano Allegri are both being linked with the manager post, if OGS are on the way out.

Jurgen Klinsmann would be eager to take charge at Tottenham Hotspur if Pochettino leaves the club. The former Spurs forward, who also have been in charge of USA, Germany and Bayern Munich, should absolutely be considered if such a possibility would arise.

Juventus forward Mario Mandzukic and Lyon based Moussa Dembele are both on the radar at Old Trafford. The duo are seen as players who could boost the chances of a push for a top four finish and at the same time get a han on a couple of cup trophies, which of course is possible.

Leicester City had scouts to watch Marseille lately. Midfielder Morgan Sanson was this summer linked with The Foxes, so they might have been back to look at his progression as they are likely to see James Maddison leave in the summer.

Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali is hot property at the moment. The 19 year old is being watched by the giant clubs of Europe, with Manchester United said to be first in line with a bid for the Italian U.21 international.

Everton manager Marco Silva is the current favorite in the Premier League sackrace, which means that he time at Goodison Park looks close to an end. There are no rumors about a sucessor but of course names will appear, with a certain Jose Mourinho likely to be approached. Leicester City’s Brendan Rodgers could also be in the list of candidates together with Celtic manager Neil Lennon.

Jolen Lopetegui is ready to let Rony Lopez leave for Newcastle who are also keen on Danish forward Yussuf Paulsen. They could also enter the race for Middlesbrough defender Deal Fry. Everton, Wolves, Man City and Tottenham are all in line as this could end in a bidding war.

The unrest of Harry Kane is reported among the tabloids in England. The exit to Colchester United in the Carabao Cup was a massive blow, but of course a number of other things to concentrate on, will probably ease the situation. Real Madrid are at the moment seen as a possible destination if a move would be considered, and Manchester United have earlier been seen as another candidate to land Kane.

Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder Kai Havertz is a target for a number of clubs in England, with Chelsea and Arsenal both in line to make fresh bids. If the 20 year old German international will is interested in a move it looks as a possible January move, but it could be that the relatively young player will settle and play on in Bundesliga for the rest of the season.

Asmir Begovic is no longer happy at Bournemouth, and ready to seek out a chance to play for another club. He has not been able to settle his battles with manager Eddie Howe and is no longer a first choice with The Cherries.

Celtic are seeing Leicester City winger, Fousseni Diabatte as a possible addition. Diabatte spent last season on loan in Turkey, and not likely to feature for the foxes this term and a move would be welcomed by the player.

Gideon Mensah is also a target for Neil Lennon, who looks for new players in most areas. The Salzburg full back is had a possible move to Barcelona on his hands, but it fell through, and a move elsewhere could be interesting.

There will be no sale for Sheffield Wednesday defender Morgan Fox. The player looks likely to stay on with The Owls and wait for the next window to see a move to the Premier League possible. Celtic has made no secret bout their interest.

A stranger transfer window with English clubs not able to anything else than to let players leave in this period of time. With other European nations still having time to settle their business, it’s weird that this is happening, not really giving the Premier League clubs any benefits.

Rakeem Harper and Oliver Burke are both seen as long term members of the West Bromwich Albion squad, with current manager Slaven Bilic not considering those two to be selling objects.
