Possible Everton winter transfers

DATE: 28.01.2018 - SOCCERVOICE - NEWS - SEASON 2017-18

Everton are set to be busy in the transfer window this winter. The Toffees are set to improve their squad despite their summer signings

Sam Alladyce is keen on adding to his squad as he hopes to take Everton into the top half of the table.

Some players are going to be leaving Goodison Park which will also free space for other players to come in. Below are some of the possible players who will be donning the Toffees jersey at the end of the winter window.

Theo Walcott and Cenk Tosun,
after spending over a decade at Arsenal, Theo Walcott has finally decided to move out of the Emirates to join Everton. The English winger is trying as much as possible to revive his slim hope of making it to the world cup.

The player who cost Everton £20m to make him join is one player that will help Sam Alladyce side have a decent winger in the squad. Wayne Rooney and Walcott are set to play together for the first time since their international team duties in 2016 Euros where England did not cover themselves in glory.

Everton have also completed the signing of Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun. The striker joined for £27m. The England international featured in the game against West Brom, but unfortunately despite best football betting guides, so many football lovers will still to bet due to the draw.

Steven NíZonzi,
since last December, there have been talks about the French man moving to Everton or Arsenal. Arsenal have however dropped interest in him leaving the Toffees the favorite to land the Sevilla man. NíZonzi has had a torrid affair with Sevilla in recent time and heís set to leave the club this winter window.

A fee of around £25m is quoted to be enough to get him from Sevilla but the Spanish club is also keen on making Everton part way with Sandro Ramirez as part of the deal. Itís at this point the deal is stalling but itís likely an agreement is reached before the end of the window.

Stefan de Vrij,
in order to reinforce their backline, Everton is set to go in for a defender this window. Several names have been linked with the club but it seems de Vrij is the most likely to happen this winter.

The Lazio man will be available for free at the end of the season. So the Serie-A club will be hoping to recoup some cash if they allow him leave this January. He is currently on a £35k a week wage which will not be difficult to meet for Everton.

Luke Shaw,
has been a player who has been finding it difficult to enjoy his game at Manchester United due to injury worries. He has recovered lately but that has not ruled out a possibility he might be on his way out of the club. With United still keen on getting Tottenhamís Danny Rose.

Shawís career is likely to be close to an end and Everton is ready to offer the former Southampton defender a way to prove himself once again. A fee of around £30m is set to be enough to bring him if a deal is to be agreed. Everton will be hopeful the deal goes through.
