window is soon closing and clubs are eager to make their last moves
and finally grab the players they are desperately chasing
All the top clubs looks involved, mostly chasing a "late winner"
others could sell to get the balance right in their squads. A number
of clubs do have players that might be "in the dark" and are ready
for new challenges and then a sale is to consider.
Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has during the summer been
linked with Chelsea. Reports today suggests that the move could
happen. Chelsea are also chasing Leicester forward Jamie Vardy, but
also Everton is in the picture for the Leicester forward.
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho must be pleased with the way
his team is playing at the moment. But not all players are happy,
not being picked, with England international Chris Smalling reported
to be on the radar of Leicester City.
Celtic defender Kieran Tierney could be the player Jose Mourinho
will go for to try solve his left back problem. Despite have a team,
more or less complete, that might be the missing link. The 20 year
old Celtic defender is one to considered.
Newcastle manager Rafael Benitez has been a bit in the transfer
window shadow this summer, despite being able to sign some very
interesting players. But he is eager to get more bodies in with
Inter flank midfielder Stevan Jovetic the ultimate signing.
Liverpool are aeger to get a settlement agreed for Dominic
Solanke-Michell. The England U.21 international joined The Reds this
summer but the fee of the player will be decided by a tribunal,
hopefully everything will be completed in the next week.
Newcastle is reported to be eager to sign Chelsea forward Kenedy on
loan. But Antonio Conte will not agree to a move before he has a
replacement lined-up, who that will be is not easy to say,
Oxlade-Chamberlain or Vardy or both.
Arsenal is eager to do more shopping and has according to Sunday
Express made a £ 75 million bid for Real Madrid midfielder Marco
Asensio. Loic Remy could be leaving Chelsea, with Watford, Newcastle
and Stoke all monitoring the situation.
Watford are eager to get one or two new players in, with Brentford's
Jota a target. The 26 year old Brentford midfielder will be possible
to sign, if you can pay a fee in the region of £ 8 million.
Slaven Bilic is desperate to get things under controll after a
terrible start to the season. Sunderland midfielder Didier Ndong is
a £20 million target and could be joining the East London club
before the close.
Danny Rose is a close target for Chelsea and Juventus. Stoke are
lining up a move for Tottenham midfielder Kevin Wimmer. Troy Deeney
is again in the centre of rumours, this time not chased by
Leicester, but Everton and West Bromwich.
Jonny Evans looks close to a Man City move, but Tony Pulis is eager
to make a switch and get Mangala in on a loan as part of the deal.
Liverpool could be trying a late bid for Bayern Munich star Renato
Man City, Chelsea, Tottenham and Liverpool are all ready to fight
hard to get the signature from Virgil Van Dijk. Southampton are
still very reluctant to a sale, but a fee of £ 60 million could see
them finally letting one of their best players leave.
