Roy Hodgson could lose the
battle for Fernando Torres, but a chance to get in a number of
new signings could appear if a deal with Man City goes through. Wayne
Bridge and Stephen Ireland could both be part of a player and
cash package worth almost £ 100 million.
Real Madrid is ready to make a massive bid to sign Chelsea defender
Ashley Cole. Javier Mascherano could move to Inter with Stephen
Ireland named as a possible target for Liverpool and Newcastle.
Cesc Fabregas and Arsene Wenger is in talks over future plans,
while James Milner will sit down with his manager at Aston Villa
to do the same.

played for Turkish club Ankaragucu.
Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Lee Grant is close to a £ 1
million move to Burnley. Mark Kennedy will join Ipswich from
Cardiff.
Celtic won the battle for Scunthorpe forward Gary Hooper. Hooper
has been linked with a number of clubs but will move north for a fee
believed to be in the region of £ 2,5 million.
Tottenham is strongly linked wth Real Madrid star Raul. Raul has
been linked with German club Wolfsburg but have turned a moved to the
Bundesliga club.
Ipswich is linked with Sunderland goalkeeper Marton Fulop.
Leicester could also join the race for Fulop if the decide to sell
Chris Weale to West Ham.
Mario Balotelli is still linked with a move to Man City, but he
could also be in line for a move to Chelsea or Liverpool if Fernando
Torres moves to Eastlands.
Maarten Stekelenburg is linked with Arsenal and Gregory van
der Wiel will join either Liverpool or Arsenal if Ajax decides to
sell their Dutch international defender.
Eric Djemba-Djemba could be set for a return to Premier League
action. The former Man Utd and Aston Villa midfielder is close to a move
to WBA.
William Gallas has turned down Panathinaikos to be able to
continue his career in the Premier League. Newcastle, Birmingham,
Tottenham, Liverpool and Sunderland could all enter the race for the
French international.
Franck Queudrue looks close to a move to Peterborough. The former
Fulham, Birmingham and Middlesbrough defender would be a great strength
for the League 1 club.
