Latest transfer rumours, Tottenham, Liverpool, Chelsea, Fulham





Martin Jol is back in the Premier League after winning the battle for the vacant manager job at Fulham. The former Spurs and HSV boss decided to leave Ajax for a new chance in English football, article continues

Stipe Pletikosa is a possible target for Tottenham. The 31 year old Croatian goalkeeper is playing for Spartak Moscow and a move could be close.

Joe Cole left Chelsea for financial reasons. Liverpool is currently waiting on Cole for an answer, Tottenham have pulled out of the race and Arsenal will not offer Cole more money than Chelsea.

Rob Hulse is a target for Blackpool. Derby would be willing to listen to offers above £ 1 million. Blackpool is prepared to pay a new club record fee to get Hulse.

Franco di Santo could be on his way from Chelsea to Wigan on a season loan. Marlon Harewood could be a target for David O'Leary and his club Al Ahli.

Everton will be approached by Inter Milan over a possible move for Steven Pienaar. The South African international is also a target for Manchester United.

Eduardo could leave Arsenal and join Shakhtar Donetsk. Aston Villa midfielder Barry Bannan is close to a move to Blackpool, where he spent time on loan last season.

Arsene Wenger is ready to make a £ 20 million bid for Everton defender Phil Jagielka. This could be too much money to turn down for the Liverpool club.

Former Man City forward Gergios Samaras could be sold by Celtic with Spanish club Hercules the most likely destination. Graham Dorrans has decided to stay at WBA.

Sami Khedira has not yet made up his mind of where to play next season. The Stuttgart midfielder was reported to have signed for Real Madrid but that is not a fact. Chelsea could be in the race for the German international.

Liam Lawrence is ready to quit Stoke and join Celtic. Liverpool and Man Utd are both linked with a move for Middlesbrough defender David Wheater.

Crystal Palace has turned down Birmingham's £ 1.5 million bid for defender Nathaniel Clyne.  Aston Villa midfielder Steven Sidwell could be Martin Jol's first signing as Fulham manager.

Monaco midfielder Malaury Martin is close to a Blackpool move. Algerian midfielder Hassan Yebda is a target for both Bolton and Fulham.

Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma could be loan out to Wolfsburg. Bruma is a young and talented Dutch youth international that could be gaining vital experience by a move to Bundesliga.

Marseille is reported to be ready to bring Didier Drogba back to France with a long term contract that could tempt the Ivory Coast international.

Palermo is linked with a move for Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva. Matt Derbyshire has been turned down by Newcastle with QPR, Blackpool, former club Blackburn and Sheffield United all allerted.

Man City midfielder Stephen Ireland is linked with Sunderland. Burnley midfielder Chris Eagles is not a target for Sunderland, but could leave Burnley if another Premier League club comes in.

Nyron Nosworthy, Teemu Tainio, David Healy and Anton Ferdinand are close to a Sunderland exit. This could allert a number of Championship and Premier League clubs.

Jean-Yves M'Voto could also leave Sunderland and move to Carlisle. Craig Bellamy will be offered a chance to join Tottenham.

Arsenal midfielder Henry Lansbury is a target for Fulham, Newcastle and WBA. Arsene Wenger could let his talent join a Premier League club on a season long loan.

Norwegian club Rosenborg would listen to offers for their highly rated midfielder Anthony Annan. Arsenal is reported to among a number of European clubs to be eager to sign the 23 year old Ghana international.
