Liverpool could enter the race
for Miroslav Klose. A move to the Premier League would be tempted,
but Klose, who has been linked with West Ham, would probably not join a
club who is not involved in Europe next season.
Kevin Prince Boateing is also linked with West Ham. Boateng had a
great World Cup with Ghana. Lukas Podolski could also be on his
way to a Premier League club.
West Ham midfielder Scott Parker is the player Martin O'Neill
would sign for Aston Villa if James Milner's £ 30 million move to
Man City goes through.
Bryan Ruiz is linked with a move to Liverpool. The Costa Rica
international is currently with Dutch club Twente and has been sensation
in Holland.
Dimitar Berbatov could be heading for the Man Utd exit door. Sir
Alex Ferguson is eager to sign one or two players before the transfer
window close and Berbatov could be used in exchange.
Mesut Ozil is a target for both Arsenal and Man Utd. Both clubs
could be willing to pay around £ 20 million for the Werder Bremen
midfielder.
Michael Carrick could leave Man Utd for a chance to play more
regular first team football. Sunderland, his former club West Ham and
Arsenal could all be possible new destinations.
Bastian Schweinsteiger is a target for Liverpool, Chelsea, Man
City, Man Utd and Real Madrid. The German international looks certain to
leave Bayern this summer.
Kaka and Karim Benzema could both be tempted to join
Chelsea if new Real boss Jose Mourinho is ready to sell. Carlo Ancelotti
would be interested in the Real duo.
Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard are not for sale, not
for any price. The only way someone can be able to sign the duo is if
they are reluctant to stay at Anfield and hand in a transfer request.
Fulham is a shock contender in the race for Eidur Gudjohnsen.
Gudjohnsen looked certain to join Tottenham on a season long loan, but
now it could be that Fulham will try to win that battle.
Dan Gosling looked certain to join Newcastle, but now rumours are
that Sunderland will jeopordise the deal and hand Gosling a lucrative
contract offer to join the Black Cats.
The Sol Campbell saga continues. Sunderland and Celtic are both
keen to land Campbell, but the latest is that West Ham are leading the
race for the former England international.
Sergio Aguero is ready to join Chelsea, but the Argentinian is a
not on top of Carlo Ancelotti's shopping list and will have to wait to
find out if he has a future at Stamford Bridge.
Man Utd defender Ritchie De Laet is a target for both Burnley and
Blackpool. The move would be a one year loan and not a permanent
transfer.
Roberto Di Matteo is one of the candidates to the Fulham job. WBA
will have a massive battle both to keep key players and to avoid
relegation.
Maynor Figueroa is a target for Stoke. The Honduras international
is rated highly at his current club Wigan and would be an expensive
signing for Tony Pulis.
Sheffield United is linked with a move for three Kyle's, Noughton,
Bartley and Walker. Blades coach Gary Speed could leave and become the
next manager at Swansea.
Doncaster Rovers is close to adding Andy Keough and Steven
Caulker to their squad. Keough could be joining from Wolves and
Caulker is on the books at Tottenham.
Ajax is ready to listen to offers on Luis Suarez. Suarez has
shown during the 2010 World Cup that he can compete at the highest level.
Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea and Man Utd are all being linked with the
Uruguayan international.
David Bentley could be joining Aston Villa and leave his reserve
team life at Tottenham. Fulham could, if Sven Goran Eriksson becomes
boss, try to tempt Lukas Podolski and Miroslav Klose to
join him at Craven Cottage.
Joe Cole could get a dream move to Real Madrid. The England
international has been linked with Liverpool, Man Utd and Arsenal.
Loic Remy is linked with a move to Liverpool. The Nice forward
has previuosly played for Lyon and has been capped once at full
