Joe Cole could end up at
Tottenham. Arsenal and Man Utd were both reported to be in the picture
to sign Cole looks more and more unlikely.
Sunderland are favourites to sign Sol Campbell. Campbell has been
offered to stay at Arsenal, and also Celtic are keen on the former
England international.
Man Utd will not be able to sign Wesley Schneider, he is not for
sale. Rafik Halliche is a close target for Arsenal. The Algerian
international impressed in the game against England.
South African international Steven Piennaar has not yet decided
what to do next season. Everton is desperate to keep their midfielder,
with Tottenham and Man Utd still in the picture.
Former Everton, Arsenal and Ipswich goalkeeper Richard Wright
could be on his way to Man City. Wright is a bit of a forgotten man, but
is still regarded as a good goalkeeper.
Gregory van der Wiel is a target for Chelsea, but the 22 year old
Ajax defender looks certain to snub a move to Stamford Bridge and go for
a move to Spain or Italy.
Giovani dos Santos is a target for Blackburn. The Mexican
international could be a great addition for Sam Allardyce and his squad.
Aston Villa is ready to accept a bid for James Milner, if they
can get one or two players as part of the deal. Roque Santa Cruz,
Stephen Ireland, Shay Given, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Micah
Richards are all candidates in a possible swop deal.
Jermaine Pennant who is currently with Spanish Club Real Zaragoza
could be on his way to Serie A and Napoli. Pennant has not managed to
settle in well in Spain.
Nathanial Clyne and Darren Ambrose could both be offered a
chance to leave Crystal Palace. Eagles boss George Burley is ready to
gamble on selling the duo and bring in other players to his squad.
Matthew Upson has been given a clear message from new boss Avram
Grant. Commit yourself to West Ham or leave. Tottenham and Arsenal could
both be interested in the English international.
West Ham is eager to land Mexican winger Pablo Barrera. Barrera
impressed eveyone in the 2010 World Cup with a number of great games.
Mesut Ozil could be on his way to Manchester United. Sir Alex
Ferguson is ready to tempt Werder Bremen with a £ 25 million bid for the
German international.
Graham Dorrans is a target for many clubs in the Premier League,
but so far WBA has refused to accept bids on the Scottish international.
West Ham is reported to one of the most eager clubs.
Man City forward Robinho is linked with a move to Besiktas. The
Turkish club is believed to come back to Roberto Mancini with an
improved offer.
Leicester City is linked with Amdy Faye. The 33 year old Senegal
international has this summer been released from Stoke City.
Bolton defender Gary Cahill is reported to be on the wanted list
at Arsenal. Arsene Wenger has made no secret of his admiration for the
former Aston Villa defender.
