Latest transfer rumours, Cole out of Man Utd picture





Joe Cole has admitted that he would love the chance to play for Manchester United. But Man Utd have no plans in the direction of making a bid for Cole. Cole has earlier been linked with a move to Arsenal and has also been linked to Tottenham, article continues

Tottenham winger Giovani Dos Santos is linked with a move to Genoa. Ivory Coast international Cheik Toiti is linked with both Birmingham and Fulham.

South African Katlego Mphela could be on his way to Birmingham. Mphela, currently with FC Twente, will be available for a price in the region of £ 4 million.

Milan Javonovic could yet pull out of a move to Liverpool. The Inter midfielder is also a target for Inter Milan. Rais Mbolhi could be a target for Newcastle.

Robinho will be able to leave Man City this summer if anyone is prepared to pay £ 20 million. Blackpool will not pay as much as £ 500 000 for Stephen Dobie.

Everton has joined the race for Italy U.21 star Angelo Ogbonna. Ogbonna is also chased by West Ham, Fulham, Sunderland and Arsenal.

Stoke is linked with a move for NEC Nijmegen defender Youssef El Akchaoui. QPR will not sign Crystal Palace midfielder Darren Ambrose.

Middlesbrough will this week sign Scunthorpe forward Gary Hooper. The fee will be as high as £ 2.5 million, which will be used no new players for the Yorkshire club.

Edinson Cavani could be the next player to join Man City. Cavani could be swopped with Robinho in a clear player exchange deal.
