Diego Forlan could be on his way back to the Premier League. Tottenham will make a move to try and sign the natural goalscorer from Atletico Madrid.

Steven Pienaar is still uncertain about his future. Man Utd and Man City could both try to lure him away from Everton, who will make a desperate attempt to keep their player making him the best paid ever.

Fulham could lose Roy Hodgson to Liverpool, then it is likely that Mark Hughes will take over the manager duties at Craven Cottage.

Everton looks certain to win their fight to keep Mikel Arteta. Arteta has been strongly linked with a move to Aston Villa. Bolton looks certain to win the race for Everton forward James Vougan.

Manchester City midfielder Martin Petrov can either join Hamburger Sportsverein or stay in the Premier League and play for Bolton next season.

Tottenham midfielder Adel Taarabt looks certain to join Villareal. Magaye Gueye is a target for Sunderland. The Strasbourg forward could be joining next week.

Man City youngster Vladimir Weiss could be loaned out to Newcastle for the season. The Slovakian international spent a number of months on loan at Bolton last season.

Rennes winger Sylvain Maveaux could be on his way to West Ham. Hammers are willing to pay around
£ 3 million for the French U.21 international.

Fabio Aurelio is set to join Marseille after he was released by Liverpool. Alan Curbishley is the man Hull wants to guide them back into the Premier League.

Burnley defender Steven Caldwell could be on his way to Portsmouth. Newly appointed Pompey boss Steve Cotterill is eager to get the clarets player to Fratton Park.

Roy Hodgson will wait on England and not join a new club, believed to be Liverpool, before Fabio Capello's destiny is decided.

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson will try to tempt Inter with a £ 20 million bid for Dutch international Wesley Schneijder.

Newcastle could be in line to get the green light to sign Curtis Davis on a season long loan from Aston Villa. Davies is not first choice at Villa and would probably fancy a move up north.

Robert Green could be on the way out of Hammers first team with Coventry goalkeeper Kieran Westwood lined up as the perfect replacement.

Wolves will finalise the move of Nantes midfielder Guirane N'Daw. They are also reported to be close to getting Jimmy Bullard from Hull.

Laurent Koscielny is the latest player to be linked with a move to Arsenal. The Lorient player has asked his current club not to price him out of a move to the North Londoners.

Sunderland are close to agree a move for Schalke defender Heiko Westermann. The German international will join the Black Cats for a fee believed to be £ 7 million.

Middlesbrough forward Mido could move to Polish club Lech Poznan. QPR winger Lee Cook could move to Millwall in a £ 400 000 deal.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger could move for Ajax defender Jan Vertonghen and PSV winger Ibrahim Afellay.

Milan Javanovic insists he will join Liverpool after the World Cup. Sven Goran Eriksson could be in line for a number of jobs in the Premier League and Championship. Liverpool, Fulham and even Hull could move for the former England manager.

Sol Campbell has been offered a new one year deal at Arsenal, but still consider an option to join Celtic in the SPL.

Kenny Dalglish would be staying at Anfield if Manuel Pellegrini is the next boss at Liverpool. If they move for Roy Hodgson it could be harder to hold on to their legend.
