Harry Redknapp has turned down a £ 3 million a year deal from Dubai outfit Al Ahli. Redknapp will instead sign a new 2 year extension at Tottenham.

Chelsea and Manchester City are favourites in the race to sign Valencia forward David Silva. Everton looks certain to win the battle for Martin Petrov and Stephen Hunt.

Philippe Mexes
is a target for Roberto Mancini and Manchester City.

James Milner
could be on his way to Chelsea or Manchester United, despite desperate attempts from Martin O'Neill to keep him at Villa.

Sunderland manager Steve Bruce will tempt West Ham with a £ 7 million offer for
England defender Matthew Upson.

Birmingham are closing in on Palermo forward Fabrizio Miccoli. Alex McLeish is ready to table a
£5 million bid for the 30 year old former Juventus player.

Manchester City will tempt Barcelona with a £ 40 million bid for the Brazilian defender Daniel Alves.

William Gallas is no longer part of the plans at Arsenal and has been released by the club.

West Ham are favourites to sign former Arsenal midfielder Robert Pires. Pires was recently released from Villareal. Leicester and Birmingham has also been mentioned as possible new clubs.

Bobby Zamora is a target for Celtic. New manager Neil Lennon is eager to bolster his squad in an attempt to close the SPL gap on Rangers.

Michael Ballack could be on his way to Real Madrid. Ballack is an experienced player that could play a part in Jose Mourinho's jigsaw.

Bristol City could join the race for Stoke forward Dave Kitson. Steve Coppell would like to build on the partnership player and manager had at Reading.

Roma could be in line to sign Portsmouth forward Nadir Belhadj. Nantes midfielder Guirane N'Daw is a target for both Wolves and WBA.

Newcastle is linked with Swindon forward Charlie Austin. Dougie Freedman is favourite to become the next manager at Crystal Palace.

Peterbrough winger George Boyd will join Middlesbrough. Middlesbrough will also fight for the signature of Charlton captain Nicky Bailey. Nottingham Forest and Norwich will also be in the race.

Arsenal are desperate to sign Everton defender Phil Jagielka. Arsene Wenger would see the England international as the perfect replacement for William Gallas.

Arsenal are also reported to be in the race for Ajax defender Gregory van der Wiel. Real Madrid and Barcelona could also be in line to place a bid for the highly rated Dutch international.

Joe Cole, who recently was released by Chelsea, will be playing for Arsenal next season. No other club looks as if they will compete with the contract offer given by the North Londoners.

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp is eager to sign Juventus forward Vincenzo Iaquinta.

Everton are now one of the favourites to sign Rangers forward George Boyd.

Mame Biram Diouf could join Leicester next season. The former Molde forward is likely to be
loaned out by Manchester United.

Hull forward Steven Mouyokolo could be on his way to Stoke. Tony Pulis is ready to place a £ 3.5 million bid to bring in the French defender.
