The Special one, more and more special

Jose Mourinho is at the moment the most admired manager in football. He has done a fantastic job at Inter, but now it's time to move on and make Real Madrid a team impossible to beat

The Portuguese Mourinho had a mediocre playing career, but as a manager and coach it has been totally different story.

Jose Mourinho was a coaching youngsters when a chance to join Sporting Lisbon came up. Sporting had just appointed former England manager Sir Bobby Robson and he needed a translater.

Jose Mourinho was the man they went for and the young coach impressed Robson and they build a special relationship. Robson moved on to FC Porto and Mourinho followed him, the same was the fact when Robson was appointed manager at Barcelona.

Mourinho has learned it all from the bottom and he is a self made coach who has forced his way into the top of European football on his own, only getting jobs on merit.

Jose Mourinho met a friend when he came up against Louis van Gaal in this years Champions League final. Louis van Gaal had a great influence on Mourinho's career when the Portugese assisted the Dutch during his years at Barcelona coach.

So when you go back in the past of Jose Mourinho, Sir Bobby Robson and Louis van Gaal are two that influenced the "special one". Mourinho once said that the most important thing he learned from Sir Bobby was that when you win, you are not the team, and when you lose you are not rubbish.

Jose Mourinho, did the impossible when he steared FC Porto to the Champions League title in 2004, and then jumped at the chance to become manager of Chelsea.

He had managed to win the League twice as Chelsea manager, both in 2005 and 2006. His reign as Chelsea manager ended in 2007, when it was clear that he no longer had the relationship needed inside the club to stay on. Mourinho still has Chelsea in his heart.

A life outside management ended when Inter signed him up in front of the 2008-2009 season. Inter was at that time the best team in Italian football, with AC Milan and Juventus not able to compete with the complication they had experienced a few years earlier.

Mourinho came to a club to win the Champions League, their former manager Roberto Mancini had allready made them best in Italy. Mourinho failed in his first season, but the way he rebuild his team in front of the 2009-2010 season shows what the man is made of.

When he now moves to the biggest club in Europe, Real Madrid, he will get the ultimate challenge, to make "The Galacticos" the greatest ever.

This club has a proud history and their fans will not be satisfied before they win everything possible, and do it forever.

This job is the most challenging football management job in the world, and all the previous managers who have been in charge here, has probably not believed they could make a team that wins everything year in and year out.

This is something Mourinho believes is possible, that's why he will be the perfect man, but if the club will give him a year or two to become such a force is another question.

Big names such as Steven Gerrard and Ashley Cole is linked with a move to Real Madrid, but Jose Mourinho, will mix the perfect drink, adding what's needed to win everything.

The special one is getting more and more special, he will bring Real Madrid to hights that no other club will reach and become the greatest manager in football history.
