James Milner is hot property at the moment with a number of clubs
chasing him. Chelsea, Man Utd and Man City are all mentioned as possible
new destinations for Milner.
Speculation about a Zlatan exit from Barcelona is described
as nonsence. The player will not leave, despite the recent signing of
Spanish ace David Villa.
Barcelona is ready to table a bid for Arsenal midfielder Cesc
Fabregas that will be too good to turn down for Arsenal. The asking
price of £80 million could be reached and Arsene Wenger knows that he is
close to losing yet another star player.
Reports today links Fernando Torres with a £70 million move to
Barcelona. Rafael Benitez will be able to use some of that cash to
invest in new players.
Birmingham is ready to accept that the will not be able to sign Bobby
Zamora from Fulham, this has made Alex McLeish ready to swoop for
Burnley forward Steven Fletcher.
Marlon Harewood could leave Aston Villa for a new chance in the
Turkish league with Bursaspor. Sunderland manager Steve Bruce could be
chasing Wigan midfielder Paul Scharner.
Former Man City, Newcastle and Liverpool midfielder Dietmar Hamann
will return to football in the capacity as player coach with MK Dons.
WBA is the latest club to be linked with Stoke forward James Beattie.
WBA is also chasing Hull midfielder Stephen Hunt.
Arsenal defender Philippe Senderos is ready to quit Arsenal for a
chance at another Premier League club, with West Ham and Fulham both
mentioned as possible new clubs.
West Ham is ready to appoint Avram Grant as their next manager, but the
will not able to do so if they not agree to sign Tal Ben Haim as
well.
Craig Conway and Garry Kenneth could both be on their way
out at Dundee United. Middlesbrough is ready to swoop for the duo.
Blackburn midfielder Steven Reid has to decide if he wants to
play on in the Premier League with WBA, or join Celtic in the two teams
league up north.
Portsmouth will not be able to sign their "on loan" forward Frederic
Piquionne. He will not return to his club Lyon, but most certainly
join either Fulham, West Ham or Blackburn.
Robert Koren was not offered a new deal at WBA, but he is not
likely to be without a club for a long time. Leicester, Burnley and
Middlesbrough are all mentioned as possible new clubs for the Slovenian
international.
Jesus Navas and Carlton Cole are both mentioned as
possible targets for Liverpool. Fulham and Birmingham could both be
placing bids for Cole as well.
Andrew Surman could return to Southampton after a disapointing
first season at Wolves. Wolves paid Southampton £ 1.2 million, but the
return fee would be at a much lower scale.
Michael Doyle could leave Coventry and join Leeds. Doyle spent a
long period on loan at Leeds last season and was a key player in the
promotion fight.
Sidney Govou will leave Lyon this summer with Fulham, West Ham
and Birmingham all mentioned as possible new clubs.
