Daily Express reports that Fernando Torres has flied out to Spain yesterday to get a second opinion on the hernia problem that has cast a foreboding shadow over his and Liverpool's season.

Rafe Benitez is said to be willing to gamble by delaying surgery for both Torres and Gerrard in a desperate bid to save Liverpool's season.
