Mirror reporst today that Sol Campbell would consider a chance to play
for a Championhship club. He left Portsmouth after the season and joined
League 2 club Notts County.
After just a few days at the club it was clear that Campbell had second
thoughts about his move and wanted out. He has since leaving Notts
County been looking for a new club.
News was that Cambpell has accepted a chance to train with Arsenal until
the transfer window opened in January, but now it looks as if it could
be a chance to play Championship football.
Clubs in the Championship can loan players all season long, until a
deadline date a bit before the season end in May, and there are a number
of clubs that would like Campbell in their team.
Clubs such as Ipswich, QPR and Nottingham Forest could be possible new
clubs for the defender. Campbell will decide over the next couple of
weeks what to do.
