BBC reports that Real
Madrid have confirmed the move for Lyon forward Karim Benzema. Benzema
(21) is now in line for a medical and if that is ok, then the deal is
done.
Man Utd was favourites to sign the French interntional, but he will not
move to the Preimer League. After losing Ronaldo to Real Madrid and
missing out on Tevez, this was another massive blow for Sir Alex.
Man Utd have signed Wigan winger Antonio Valencia and hopes that he will
be a good replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. Everyone knows that the gap
after Ronaldo will be difficult to fill.
Man Utd are today linked with several players around in Europe, but none
of them are not in the League of Benzema and Ronaldo.
