Tottenham to win and lose major transfer battles
Redknapp ready to axe his own stars for new faces

SOCCERVOICE.COM, 28.06.2009

The People reports today that Tottenham will lose out on Arjen Robben and Ruud van Nistelrooy. Robben is a target for Man City with van Nistelrooy ready to commit his future to Blackburn.

Nistelrooy is keen to move back to the area where he lived during his days with Man Utd, sign a long term deal with Blackburn and really enjoy life as a "star" at Blackburn instead of fighting for uncertainty at Tottenham.

Arjen Robben's father has described Tottenham as "too small" to be willing to let his son join the North Londoners. Robben could be one of many top Eurpean names to join Man City this summer.

Real Madrid star Rafael van der Vaart could be heading for White Hart Lane and he could be joined by Brazilian forward Jo, currently with Man City.

Jo will most certainly leave Man City, and Tottenham could join Fulham in the chase for his signature.

A number of Tottenham players are mentioned as possible exit objects. The last in that line is Robbie Keane who could be moving to Aston Villa.
