Duo could get new lease of life

News of the World
reports that Anton Ferdinand and Obafemi Martins could be leaving the
north and join West Ham and Stoke.
Stoke manager Tony Pulis has also expressed an interest in Michael Owen,
but if Martins moves to Stoke, for a fee believed to be in the region of
£6 million, then Owen prbably can forget a move to Britannia.
Anton Ferdinand's time at Sunderland has not been the best and a move
back to West Ham would probably be a dream move for the younger brother
of Man Utd's Rio.
Gianfranco Zola is building a very interesting team at West Ham, and
Anton could fit the bill to either partner Matt Upson in the defence or
even be the replacement for the England international if he moves on.
