Man City with massive statement of intent
Mark Hughes to use £75 million on three top targets

SOCCERVOICE.COM, 19.06.2009

Daily Mirror reports that Man City manager Mark Hughes is ready to splash £75 million in transfers for Carlos Tevez, Samuel Eto'o and Roque Santa Cruz.

Other news today suggests that Carlos Tevez will stay at Man Utd and hopes to become the highest paid player at the club.

Roque Santa Cruz has been linked with Man City for a long period and his move looks likely to go through.

The rumour about Eto'o is new and several other clubs could be in the race if he comes available.
