Chelsea and Man City confirm transfer

Chelsea and Man City today confirmed a new transfer and there will
hopefully be more players coming and going at the club
BBC reports that Tal Ben Haim has been transferred from Chelsea to Man
City. The Israel international joined Chelsea from Bolton in front of last
season, but never managed to establish himself in the first team at Stamford
Bridge.
Man City's new manager Mark Hughes will try to strenghten his squad in front
of the new season and more players could be on the way in. Roque Santa Cruz
from Blackburn is heavilly linked and could join if the two clubs can agree
a fee.
Chelsea manager Luis Felipe Scolari is also eager to sign new faces, and
Real Madrid's Robinho is a close target.
